CONVICTION HAS BEEN AFFIRMED

The Lagos Court of Appeal Affirmed the Judgement of a Lagos State High Court, which Sentenced, Olanrewaju James, popularly called Baba Ijesha to 5 Years Imprisonment for the Offence of Indecent Treatment of a Child & 3 Years Imprisonment for Sexual Assault.

Both Sentences are to run Concurrently.
